Intellectual property and right to use
You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of the Heartpieces Website shall remain at all times vested in us or our licensors. You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by us or our licensors.
You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within the Heartpieces Website is made available for your personal non-commercial use only and that you may download such material and content onto only one computer hard drive for such purpose. Any other use of the material and content of the Heartpieces Website is strictly prohibited.
You agree not to (and agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to) copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material and content.
Compliance with laws
The Heartpieces Website may be used only for lawful purposes and in a lawful manner. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations regarding the Veloce Publishing Website and any transactions conducted on or through the Veloce Publishing Website.
Limitation of liability
While we will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information we place on the Heartpieces website, we make no warranties, whether express or implied, in relation to its accuracy.
The Heartpieces Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any representation or endorsement made and we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the Heartpieces Website, or any transaction that may be conducted on or through the Heartpieces Website including but not limited to, implied warranties of non-infringement, compatibility, security, accuracy, conditions of completeness, or any implied warranty arising from the course of dealing or usage or trade.
We make no warranty that the Heartpieces Website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the materials. We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the Heartpieces Website.
You acknowledge that we cannot guarantee and therefore shall not be in any way responsible for the security or privacy of the Moteurs Heartpieces and any information provided to or taken from the Heartpieces Website by you.
We will not be liable, in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence), pre-contract or other representations (other than fraudulent or negligent misrepresentations) or otherwise out of or in connection with the Conditions for any loss of goodwill or reputation; or any special or indirect or consequential losses. In any case whether or not such losses were within the contemplation of the parties at the date of the Conditions, suffered or incurred by that party arising out of or in connection with the provisions of any matter under the Conditions.
Severance
If any part of the Conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be severable from the Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions of the Conditions.
Waiver
No waiver by us shall be construed as a waiver of any preceding or succeeding breach of any provision.
Survival
Each provision of the Conditions shall be construed as separately applying and surviving even if for any reason one or other of those provisions is held to be inapplicable or unenforceable in any circumstances.
Entire agreement
The Conditions (as amended from time to time) contain the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter covered and supersedes any previous agreements, arrangements, undertakings or proposals, written or oral, between the parties in relation to such matters. No oral explanation or oral information given by any party shall alter the interpretation of the Conditions. You confirm that, in agreeing to accept the Conditions, you have not relied on any representation save in so far as the same has expressly been made a representation in the Conditions and you agree that you shall have no remedy in respect of any misrepresentation which has not become a term of the Conditions save that your agreement contained in this Clause shall not apply in respect of any fraudulent or negligent misrepresentation whether or not such has become a term of the Conditions.
Law
The Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.
Prohibitions
You are prohibited from using the Heartpieces website or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service or of any related website, other websites, or the Internet; (h) to collect or track the personal information of others; (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (k) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Heartpieces website or any related website, other websites, or the Internet. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Heartpieces website or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.
Force Majeure
Heartpieces will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations hereunder that is caused by Force Majeure, that is any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation strikes, lockouts or other industrial action, civil commotion, riot, terrorist attack (or threat), war (or threat) or fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of telecommunications networks or impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.
Purchase of products
Customer orders
All orders are subject to acceptance in accordance with our order Acknowledgement Policy and availability. All sales are cash. If the Product you have ordered is not available from stock you will not be able to place an order on the Heartpieces website. However, if an order is accepted for which there is no current stock you will be contacted by email and will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Heartpieces website.
Order acknowledgement policy
Your order will only be accepted, and a legally binding contract entered into between us on dispatch of the product to you.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Heartpieces reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Heartpieces reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over € 1,000.00 (incl. VAT or other appropriate sales taxes) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
The contract between you and Heartpieces will be completed on the dispatch of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it in accordance with our Cancellation Policy. The sale contract is completed in England and is subject to Danish law.
We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
Cancellation policy
Once you submit an order, we immediately prepare all stock items for delivery. You can cancel your order at any stage until delivery. Delivery means the moment the item has been processed and dispatched by the distributor used by Heartpieces.
If you would like to request the cancellation of an order, please email pinkstarbeautybenelux@gmail.com. Please inform us of any cancellation at the earliest opportunity. We are not able to cancel an order once delivery as defined above has taken place.
Returns policy
Please email pinkstarbeautybelelux@gmail.com and state the specific and detailed reason(s) why you wish to return an item. Note: do not under any circumstances return any goods for any reason without having received a written returns authorization via email from Moteurs Aps. If you do so, the goods will not be accepted, and they will not be credited.
Returning Books
Books must be returned directly to us unused. Heartpieces is responsible for issuing all refunds in relation to cancelled orders and returned books (excluding delivery charges and other additional expenses). Koteurs ApS has the right to withhold or reduce any refund on Books that have been damaged or otherwise diminished in value. You are responsible for the cost of return. Heartpieces does not offer returns f.o.c. You are responsible for deferring the cost of return shipping if you choose to return books to us. Heartpieces will only pay the costs of return if the books are faulty or mis-described.
No refund will be given until Heartpieces or its designated distributor has received the relevant books from you and confirmed that they have not been damaged. We will then credit you with the cost of the unwanted books within 30 days of the date of receipt.
Damaged goods
Each product will have been inspected prior to packing. In the unlikely event of a problem please email goldenheartpieces@gmail.com
All details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Heartpieces website are correct at the time of input. We aim to keep the Heartpieces website as up to date as possible. However, any information appearing at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order.
Payment
All prices are correct at the time of entering information. You will receive an electronic confirmation of receipt of your order via email.

Refusal of transaction
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from the Heartpieces website at any time and/or remove, screen or edit any materials or content on the Heartpieces website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.
We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from the Heartpieces website, whether or not that product has been sold; whether by removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Heartpieces website; or whether by refusing to process a transaction or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
The eligibility to purchase products on the Heartpieces website is limited to those parties who satisfy our eligibility criteria. By making an offer to buy a product, you specifically authorize us to transmit information (including any updated information) or to obtain information about you from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to your credit card number or credit reports (including credit reports for your spouse if you reside in a community property jurisdiction), to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorization and to authorize individual purchase transactions.

All orders are ‘encrypted’ to ensure safe transmission to us. We utilize secure server software (SSL) through Stripe Inc. online payment services to ensure your information cannot be read as it is transacted on the Internet.
However, we provide no guarantee and have no liability should your information be hacked and used by a third party.
Eligibility
To be eligible to order products on the Heartpieces website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on the Heartpieces Website under Dutch law you must register by providing your real name, phone number, email address, credit card details and other requested information. Purchases on the Heartpieces Website can only be made by individuals aged over 18 years of age who meet these terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit card by a bank acceptable to us, whose applications are acceptable to us and who have authorized us to process a charge or charges on their credit card via Stripe Inc. online payment services in the amount of the total purchase price for any products which they purchase.

Heartpieces respects your personal information and undertakes to comply with applicable Data Protection legislation. Any personal details which you provide to us (or which are available on public registers) from which we can identify you are held in accordance with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and GDPR Compliance Notification. When you place an order on the Heartpieces website, we consider the information you input as private. The information is kept on a secure server protected from outside parties.
We use the information only for the following purposes:
Processing your orders
for statistical purposes to improve the Heartpieces website and its services to you;
to administer the Heartpieces Website; and

You should be aware that if we are requested by the police or any regulatory or government authority investigating suspected illegal activities to provide your User Information and/or information concerning your activities whilst using the Heartpieces website we shall do so.

Indemnity

Our rights

Special offers and discounts terms & conditions
Heartpieces makes available select discounts throughout the year, and for specific time periods as deemed suitable. Unless otherwise stated for a particular discount, it applies to all discount offers that discount codes and offers exclude any limited or special editions, and are limited to the specific product and/or time period being discounted and or the defined group to which the discount is being offered. In addition, discounts may be applied only to a single product, group or category of products, or combinations thereof. Codes are single-use per customer, unless stated otherwise.
Indicated date ranges run from Midnight of the starte date, to 23:59 of the end date. Offer periods may be extended or reduced without notice.

Heartpieces reserves the right to remove, revise, or otherwise change the coverage and duration of any discount offer made available directly by Heartpieces for web orders.
